Consultation process and important notes
How the consultation works?
The attorney will review your background before the meeting. During the consultation, the attorney will ask clear questions and record the key facts needed for the evaluation.
What you will receive after the consultation?
Within 24–48 hours after the consultation, you will receive a detailed evaluation report, recommended next steps, and a fee quote.
Booking deposit?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve the time slot and support advance preparation. It is non-refundable if you do not move forward or miss the consultation without notice. If you hire the firm, the deposit may be credited toward legal fees.
Important note
A consultation alone does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after a formal engagement agreement is signed.
