Dr. Li studied biochemistry at Fudan University at both the undergraduate and master's levels, later earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago, and completed postdoctoral research in the field. He also obtained U.S. immigration status through an EB-1 extraordinary ability petition. At the firm, he works mainly on cases with strong technical and research backgrounds, providing factual analysis, scientific explanation, and evidentiary support for intellectual property and immigration matters, including EB-1 and NIW cases. His role is interdisciplinary: helping translate complex scientific work into materials that are clearer, more understandable, and more assessable, so the technical side of a case becomes stronger and more precise.
