After completing the trademark search, an experienced trademark attorney will draft and send you an opinion letter explaining the search results in detail.
We will schedule a consultation with a trademark attorney to discuss the search results and answer any questions you may have about the trademark application process.
Our trademark attorney will tailor your trademark application documents specifically for you and send them for your final review.
Once you confirm the application documents, we will file them with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). At this stage, you will need to pay the U.S. government’s application fee of $350 per class of goods/services.
After submission, we will track the status of your trademark registration so you can focus on your business operations.
We will handle responses to any non-substantive office actions issued by the USPTO.
Once your trademark is successfully registered, we will upload the USPTO-issued certificate to your exclusive client portal and send you an email notification.
